Dear WAM User:
Our theme for the 2015 User Group meeting – ‘ WAM Smarter by Design, Connecting You’ was chosen for a simple reason – Sysmex is dedicated to providing an advanced forum for you to expand your knowledge about WAM, exchange ideas and network with your peers. This year’s event featured new additions to the agenda that included three (3) hands-on training pre-sessions, an industry speaker and more time to learn about the WAM product.
We want to thank all of the attendees this year for actively and enthusiastically participating in the meeting. We hope that the information presented was of interest and value to you. We also want to thank the 42 returning attendees for their continued support of the User Group meeting – your participation strengthens and improves the event.
Pre-Sessions – Hands-on Learning
Sysmex expanded the User Group meeting by one-half day to provide an advanced training experience for users interested in Management Reports and WAM Rule Management. These training courses were a success, training 42 WAM Users! This new addition to the WAM User Group agenda exceeded our expectations and we plan on more training opportunities for our WAM community at our next meeting and through other ‘virtual’ forums. Stay tuned for announcements on the WAM Resource Center (www.wam.sysmex.com).
- The WAM community is growing – There are 280 contracted WAM systems and over 1,086 connected sites to WAM
- The WAM Resource Center is your one-stop web site for WAM information, announcements and technical tidbits. The library of technical information is growing.
- WAM has many training opportunities that include version specific e-Learning courses and a new 5.x WAM Rule Training Management program for those customers that want to manage simple rule changes after go-live.
- The Sysmex-STS partnership is growing and now includes a separate program for Users to contract directly with STS for the STS Annual Rule Validation Testing Solution for Sysmex WAM
Thank you again for making this event a success with the expanded program additions. We are already reviewing your feedback to improve next year’s event.
Plan on attending the 2016 WAM User Group Meeting scheduled for November 2-4, 2016. Hope to see you next year!
